How many rows of extensions will my client need?
A general rule of thumb is:
+Thickness Only= 1 row
+Thickness & length= 2 rows
+Length on someone with super thick hair or hair that is above collar bone length with blunt ends= 3 rows
How many wefts will my client need per row?
WHEN ADDING LENGTH:
+Adding length on someone with extremlely fine thin hair/ scalp visible: 2-3 wefts on (1 row) 2 rows will show on someone with a lot of scalp visible)
+Adding length on people with fine & thin hair= 3-4 wefts per row/ MAX 4 wefts per row (1-2 rows)
+Adding length on people with normal/average hair density: Typically need 4-5 wefts per row (2 rows)
+Adding length on people with super thick hair & blunt ends: Typically 6 wefts on the top 2 rows and 2 wefts in the nape (3 rows)
ADDING THICKNESS ONLY:
Majority of the time to add thickness you only need 1 row.
Analyze the clients natural hair density. This will help you determine how many wefts per row to add. NEVER ADD MORE WEIGHT THAN THE CLIENT NATURALLY HAS. This will pull out their natural hair if the weight of the weftsis too heavy for their natural hair to hold.

Micro-Wefts or Hand-Tied?
Micro-Wefts are best for:
+Someone who washes their hair often or works out often and sweats because the seams WILL NOT SWELL from moisture.
+They are also good for someone with a sensitive/itchy scalp since there is no irritating mustache.
+Someone who is an aggesive brusher that constantly needs new wefts due to damage at the seams.
+Someone who is having issues with bulky corners or too many wefts meeting at the corners causing irritation. Micro-wefts can be cut at any point with zero shedding so this makes is easy to customize the size of your wefts based on your clients head size.
Hand-Tied wefts are best for:
+Someone who likes to go more than 7 weeks between re-installs since they don't "buckle" as soon as micro-wefts do. The flexibility of Micro-wefts makes them "buckle" at the seams after around 7 weeks of growth.
